We found this at the popcorn cart outside Mickey’s House in Mickey’s Toontown, and it’s available alongside the Disney100 popcorn bucket which is park-wide. The top also has that winking popcorn kernel and “Yummy!” written atop.

The strap features Disney logos and “Yummy” interspersed. On the bottom it says “Ingredients: Pop corn and some other stuff. The side also reads “El Capitoon Theater” and has “popcorn” with the cartoonish kernels.

Below is written “Hot! Fresh! Pop corn Yummy!” A cartoonish popcorn kernel winks at the viewer.
